Tansi Glen McCallum  kneeya . I was born in Île-à-la-Crosse  and raised in Beauval and Pinehouse Lake. I understand the importance and value of hard work and community service.  From a young age and have dedicated my life to the well being of community and family.   

I was elected President in 2017 and re-elected in 2021 but I have been part of the Métis Nation–Saskatchewan as a Regional Director and Local President. I am proud of my heritage and will represent our Métis citizens and our rights. Under my leadership, we have built the Métis Nation–Saskatchewan Government to what it is today. I am focused on  partnerships to improve the Métis Nation and building a Government that supports its citizens. 

I am a proud Métis citizen, my life and my work is grounded in our identity, culture, values and language.  Family is very important to me and my Wife Verna. We currently reside in Saskatoon but consider Pinehouse, our home.
